The world's most famous and popular language is music. its a medium to escape from the tensions of monotonous routine. choices regarding music and songs may differ from one another but it works the same way for everyone. for every mood there is a song which perfectly suits on our situations music is the strongest form of magic which can vanish all the stress within less than fraction a of second. music is also a therapy it has a profound effect on our body and psyche. music brings positivity relaxation inspiration and passion.

Film is just one example.Television programs also have musical underscores. Many commercials use “jingles” to help sell their products these are tunes we “just can’t get out of our heads.” Result: we remember the product! Radio provides music 24 hours a day, seven days week, in every style imaginable. We buy our favourite music in record stores. Finally, there is live music, be it school friends with a guitar during the lunch break, a nightclub with just a few tables, a religious service with a choir and instruments, or a large concert or giant arena where thousands are gathered to share in the experience of music making.

Some people use music to set a mood. i imagine that music plays many roles in your life as it does in mine. It allows others to have a sense of who we are and what we believe. Consider the ways that music has influenced your life. Music has the power to shift our feelings from joy to sorrow in a split second. It can bring us back to memories we forgot we had or forward to the world we have yet to create. Music has many purposes and abilities. 

I am writing this blog because i feel that music has same language for all and i can relate it with everyone. i personally love old hindi songs. one of my favourite song is abhi na jao chodd kar, aap kyun roye and sir jo tera chakraye ya dil dooba jaye. such songs are soothing. every lyric had a sensible meaning. people have surely different taste regarding music some love the most popular Michael Jackson and some love sensual and sensational singer Darren Hayes. music is the only one thing i can enjoy even if i am alone and that too everytime. for some people music gives them a clear way to distinguish themselves and find their own believes. Songs hold specific memories sometimes more than one. music is a medium to express its a self expression. 

Music is everywhere we all listen to it. music is powerful enough to change a persons perception of the world. people tend to develop an emotional bond with music because when people walk away, music is all that is left. music is good as it refreshes our mood and also helps us to escape from the blunt realities. its not only for our generation that music is 
our best way to be with oneself but also with great personalities like Aristotle and Plato. Plato even quoted that "Music is a moral law, it gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to the life and to everything." and great William Shakespeare says that "If music be the food of love, play on."
I think music in itself is healing. it's an explosive expression of humanity. it's something we are all touched by. no matter what culture we are from, everyone loves music.  

A trip to Manali

A TRIP TO MANALI

As there is no direct flight to manali from delhi. so we decided to go by road the distance from delhi to manali is 18 hours approx. me and my family along with three other families went for this trip this was the most memorable trip for me. journey was unforgettable. there we stayed at hotel rohtang manalsu (4 star hotel). a beautiful view from rooms. rooms were clean and tidy and were spacious. food was scrumptious. lawns were clean and well maintained. staff was very co-operative. clean pillow covers and bed sheets were there as i am very particular about them. 

places to visit in manali are Rohtang pass hidimba devi temple solang valley pandoh dam and manali sanctury rahala waterfalls vashisht temple and so many more. we had one week trip but as it rained continuously there and that the chances of landslide are possible we did not get to explore more. 

Hidimba temple was near our hotel. it took us only 20 minutes by car to reach. beautiful temple it was and the stories of its creation were also very intriguing , at the back of the hidimba temple there was a forest. the cforest was full of different trees of different sizes and those trees were all so tall each tree was almost thousand years old. that fregrance pf that area was magical something mesmerizing. and the experience was unforgetable.

manali market is also a good place to hangout. street food was there which was delicious too. shops had antiques in it like antique clock wooden maniquines toys small accessories. hats and jackets of special fibre is the speciaity of kullu manali. food there is not too spicy though but was edible. water there is sweet in taste as it was mountanious water.

then we did para gliding at solang valley, it was an experience of a lifetime hard to forget almost impossible. at top of a hill we are being tied up to the glider and before that they give the training as well to how to glide, how to land properly, how to take off with all the do's and dont's. it was thunderous adventure, i personally enjoyed it alot!

so, if anyone is planning for any trip to hill station, one must give a thought to kullu manali as it is a wonderful place to visit with facilities provided.

The Blind Side

Where there is will there is a way... this message encourages us all to try for what we wish and the one who try always get results. Blind side an excellent movie, a heart-touching true story which gives us all a strong connection that somewhere in life we also need someone to come like an angel and help us with their magic wand just as Lian came in the life of Michael... A movie based on true story of a boy called Big Mike who was at the verge of depression because of his past which was not easy for him to forget. There are many people around us who are  in search of a single opportunity whereas those who are blessed with everything do not value it.

Blind side movie gives us the inspiration as to see what miracles takes place and how life changes upside down all of a sudden it becomes from nothing to everything. What i learnt from the movie is that never loose hope and keep on trying until you reach your goal. Michael had a goal in his life to be a good player. And he worked hard to get there and finally he succeeded. Similarly everyone in their life has some goals short term goals and long term goals. Short term goals can be categorized into the goals which are achieved in short term where as the ones who need a long time of span are long term goals. Desires never ends. They keep on coming one after another. My desire is to open a food chain. My restaurant will have an amazing interior which will give people an occasion to visit again and again and taste the scrumptious food every time with same excitement.

Goals and desires are not easily fulfilled and becomes impossible without proper guidance and hard work. As i mentioned above that my desire is to open a restaurant and for that many things are required like property, money, interior decorator, chef and so on. And first of all for all these things to get fulfill i need money a lot of money can only make my desire complete. and to all of that one thing is ought to be done that is to act on it. action has to be started after the decision is being made. 

And my goals are to become an i.a.s officer and to open an N.G.O for under nourished children whose parents can not afford to feed them with proper nutrition and are not wealthy enough to educate them. N.G.O will work on children nutrition, education, proper sanitation facility will be provided to them and will also help them to enhance their skills and developments will take place and make them stand on their feet so as to live a standardized life in society. All this will only take place after working hard. Grabbing each and every opportunity comes my way and utilize it properly.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new things and working hard is the only way to achieve my target. I don't know whether i am Sandra or Michael but i know that i want to be around the people who will help me and guide me which way to go. Rather than the ones who always discourage others by saying random things and giving advices which are not necessary for me to listen.

"The ultimate gift"- is a master piece of finest script writing. This movie which teaches us few lessons about what all one should have in their lives. This movie basically gives us a lesson to how to live a life at its fullest with some gifts. A story of a boy called Jason who was a spoiled rich brat who does not care about anyone. And his grandfather in his "will" mentioned that all the surprise gifts would be given to him. And so from here the journey begins of rich spoiled brat to become a responsible man.

"The gift of Work"- it is said that a man who loves his work never labors. Hard work is the key to success. It is important in life to work so as to become a responsible man to be a bread-winner in the house and even makes your existence on the earth worthwhile. One should always enjoy their work and one will achieve anything. Every body works for themselves and for their loved ones to fulfil their necessities. Like in movie Jason got the gift of work when he worked at country side and learn how to be disciplined.

"The gift of Money"- money is nothing more than a tool. It can be a force for good, force for evil, or simple be idle which was in Jason's case had money and was idle. Money can motivate people around us. People work for money as that's how they buy stuff. Money can create chaos, can force people to fight among themselves. People now-a-days give priority to money and they are forgetting to how to live life without any tension. Money is also playing a vital role in our society like in the movie we saw that Jason's girlfriend dump him the moment he ask her to pay the bill which is not good but one should not give money that importance that it will overpower all the other essentials of life.

"The gift of friends"- when ever we talk about friends the statement which strikes our minds are that "A friend in need is a friend in deed". We all are blessed with all the relations we have been given by god like parents family relatives. Friendship is the only relation which one can choose freely on their own. It is a wealthy person, indeed who calculates riches not in gold but in friends. We all know that the term friends can also be defined as "few relations on earth never dies". Emily in movie becomes Jason's friend and helps him in his need. Friends do help each other at times.

"The gift of learning"- Education is a lifelong journey whose destination expands as you travel. The desire and hunger for education is the key to real learning. Education makes one civilized. It creates awareness among people. It removes all superstitions in which the people of our country are getting into. Education makes one disciplined. Each and every kind of education comes at use once in life. Nothing is wasted.

"The gift of problems"- a poet says that poetry comes out of the harsh realities of life. If one deals with the brutality of life and learn something new this is when the best poetry comes out of ones mind. Problems can only be avoided by exercising good judgement can only be gained by experiencing life's problem. Problems sometimes leaves one void a situation where they have nothing with them that is the perfect place to start life all over again with all the strength, excitement, passion. Problems are also important if one want to lead a peaceful life. Even roses have thorns in it.

"The gift of family"-some people are born into wonderful families. Others have to find or create them like Michael found a perfect happy family in blind side movie. Being a member of family is a privilege which costs nothing but lots of love. Family is never judgmental. Family stand by your side in problems. Family is the only thing in life one gets solace. Salacity level is so high in family that one hardly gets to know how to struggle when love and family members are with one.

"The gift of laughter"- every doctor in their profession prescribes two things first "an apple a day keeps doctor away" and second is laughter is the best medicine. Indeed laughter is good medicine for the soul. Our world is desperately in need of more such medicines. As in today's time people hardly get time to live even a single day without their daily struggle routine. The one who makes other people laugh is blessed by the talent.

"The gift of dreams"-Jason's grandfather Mr. Reed in his audio told him to feel free to dream and to which Jason replies that he do not know whether what are his dreams but he is sure that he has to fulfill others dreams. Faith is all that dreams need to see into the future. Dreams according to Sigmund Freud are the repressed thoughts of one. But if we keep aside his theory and see that every other person dreams about something sometime. Dreams encourage the person to work for that dream to fulfill it.

"The gift of giving"- the only way you can truly get more out of life for yourself is to give part of yourself away. One of the key principles in giving is that the gift must be yours to give either something you earned or created or maybe simply part of yourself. Helping other people also comes in the category of the gift of giving. As Jason helped Emily's mother by paying all her bills so as to reduce the heavy burden on her shoulders.

"The gift of gratitude"- in those times when we yearn to have more in our lives, we should dwell on the things we already have. In doing so we will often find that our lives are already full to overflowing. Gratitude is when one helps the other person without letting them know that who did what for them.

"The gift of a day"- life at its essence boils down to one day at a time. Today is the day. If we can learn how to live one day to its fullest, our lives will be rich and meaningful. People live a stressful day in today's time and do not have a single second to spend with their family or themselves people today do not have time to even spend with themselves. And all are so busy in their routines.

"The gift of love"- love is a treasure for which we can never pay. The only way we keep it is to give it away. Love. Love everyone. Love can remove differences among people if there are any. Love makes a special bond in any relation whether its family bond, or bond between friends, or girlfriends n boyfriends. Love trust respect are the basis of love anyone can love anybody like Jason loved Emily. Or Michael loved Lian and her family in blind side. Where ever we go love needs no language. Love itself is a language. Love is the powerful tool one can have which gives strength and courage to do anything.

"The ultimate gift" in the end we all learn from the movie that life lived to its fullest is its own ultimate gift one can ever gift to oneself.
